Got the intercooler mounted...PICS
Checking fitment and room of the plate that the intercooler will mount to.
I mounted the plate (after trimming it to fit and paint) to the existing bumper mounts using the facotry bolts. I also had to trim the bumper mount where it folds up a little from the factory stamping process.
If you look to the side of the bumper bolts, you can see the part that folded up from the stamping process that needed to be trimmed for the plate to be mounted flat across the frame horns.
The fit was tight, but centered.
Finished product...

I was planning on putting the billet insert in the bumper, but it looks sick coming at you the way it is now! Not sure if I plan on doing that now...
Yes Casey, I know, I know!! lol Dont worry, I'll have it all on soon enough. I'd just rather have the majority of the work done before we do the unbolting of the stock junk.
