Sounds like the xlink is the way to go, how much are they and where to purchase? My only concern is this truck is my dd and its driven on long trips out of state. I don't want to be caught with something broken 800 miles from home.
Thanks

Is the pulley braket the old style one. I thought I had read somewhere that magna had upgraded the pulley bracket.

Ok, it looks like I'm wrong on the intake manifold, and that's good. If you use the new style square fuel rails, you'll most likely need to get an extended crossover tube. You might be better off trying to get a set of aftermarket rails to work, but you might have to fab up some brackets for it. Going to take a little extra work, but for the price, it might just be worth it.

It came with a extended crossover tube, I just need the rails. Found some on gmparts direct but only have one part # so I'm assuming both sides come as kit? anyone know?

all that extra work sounds to me like your going to have alot more than 4-6 hour install time like the ebay auction says! im glad i bought mine straight from magna, perfect fit and everything that was needed was there, install went flawless but the price was a bit more! Wish the best of luck to you guys who bought these, hope saving a few buck pays off for you!

Its extra work because I'm retro fitting this to a 2006 truck, and yes even with the extra work and parts I'm still saving over $2000. Well worth it to me!
