The never ending story..... On my way home yesterday, ofcouse you know i had to do some more testing. I got on it a few times then te next thing you know i'm loosing boost again. When i get home i look under the truck to find out were the exhaust leak is now. I blew the gasket out on the waste gate. Luckly i had some gasket material and was able to make another. So all is good

Jerry, there is a gasket for the 38mm Tial with a fire ring available.

Yeah, those stock gaskets don't seem to be reusable. Every time I take one off, no matter how careful I'm it's shot in a few days.

I drew the Tial 38mm flange pattern in CAD and had our fab shop laser out a few gaskets out of .060 al. I then heated it up with a torch to soften it. It's re-usable, cheap and I've had no leaks with it.

Do you make the 38mm flanges themselves as well?

Naaah...we don't carry any material of that thickness here, otherwise I'd be all over the flange business.

Update!!!
After install the GT67 I did a cam (GT2-3) swap two weekends ago. The pass two weeks I've been logging and tuning when i have time. Got it running real strong @5psi. It's making over 520lbs of torq on HP tuner. Thats about 70lbs more than the T60 did @ 8psi. I haven't tried 8psi yet, I was going to tune for it with open exhaust for when i go to the track. Now for the bad news. Yesterday i noticed oil on the tailgate of my truck. So i look under my truck and there was oil dripping from the exhaust housing of the turbo. I checked the oil pump and it's working fine. So i Put the T60 back on and took it out for a few WOT runs and no leaks. I may just keep the T60 on. I kind of like the instant boost and smoking the tires down.
