Default Headers and boost

I'm in a bit of a predicament... never thought I'd be looking to get a supercharger so soon, so i opted for the 1 3/4 ARHs with the 3" Y-pipe..

How much of a limiter will these headers be on my motor? I'm getting MNC5s TVS1900, and he's told me its already pullied at 10psi...

Motor is a L92 6.2, with future mods of either a GT-11 or GT2-3, ARH 1 3/4s..

With that amount of boost 1-3/4 headers are going to run just fine. I would go with a custom cam since you got the L92 setup something like this:
Custom Blower Cam – 224/230 .612/.612 116LSA - LEP
I know some members have installed this cam with their L92 setups, and maggie combination.

looks like good specs.. the current one I have now is a 220/234 .570/.588 116LSA. I might remove the VVT and run the cam straight off... wat would you say?

If it was me I'd swap over to something bigger and more efficient since you have the extra cubes with the L92 block.

I'd stick with the cam you have for now. The heads flow like crazy anyhow, so you don't need more intake duration. Exhaust duration should work out fine too. It has nice lift and a large LSA. The TVS extends the powerband even more, so its going to pull past your redline with your current cam.

Headers will work out fine, I doubt they will limit you much at all. What do you have after the Y-pipe? That may be your weak link at this point.

I would definitely consider going to a true dual setup. I am running a 408 with the 1900 at about 6lbs and went with pacesetter 1 3/4 primaries into a 3 inch collector but true duals all the back. It is a beast. Made 727 hp at the crank with this setup. Well worth the upgrade to truee duals.

agree with true duals....if you have a single in/dual out setup, that is your limiting point. That is one of the next upgrades to my truck is swapping out the si/do for 2 seperate Borla XR-1's

Or just go to a single 3.5" for easier packaging under the truck, it will flow pretty close to true dual 2.5s, and I agree your current cam is fine

the denalis exhaust is already 3.5"... :/

but i've got the factory exhaust system with the ARHs... so I might have to look for a corsa 3.5" muffler if there are any around...
