not exactly what I meant but thanks I'm wondering what maggie guys are doing on the truck for fuel what model of pump ?? Is it inline or intank?? Is the intank one abolished and a hole drilled in the tank and another pump ran from there? I need help

Most kits come with a 255 lpr inline pump than mounts next to the fuel filter on the drivers side frame rail. You feed that pump with the factory in tank pump. You can upgrade your in tank pump and you can add a booster to up the voltage if you need to.

I have the same truck as you, only in a Chev and I run the stock pump in-tank and a Walbro 255 lph inline pump (Walbro GLS392) on the frame rail. It has been doing great for over 4 years. Easy to install and all you should ever need.

Not too fancy but it works. Cut the line after the filter and leave the end with about 2" of line attached to the filter. Cut out a length of hard fuel line and leave a piece attached to the filter inlet. Use high pressure fuel line hose and double clamp with proper fuel line clamps to the pump and filter while moving the filter to the inlet of the pump. The inlet of the pump is attached to the outlet of the filter the same as the out let of the pump is attached to the line to the tank. The inlet of the filter is attached to the hard line to the fuel rail.
If you search you should find installs using AN fittings and stainless covered lines.
