If you buy a distribution block it is best to hook it up to the line running from the vacuum booster to the intake/supercharger. You probably don't need one since this is your only vacuum source thus far. If you just want to hook your gauge up you can hook it to any vacuum source below the blower. Evidently there is a 1/8th nipple with either a small hose or vacuum cap on it below the back of your blower and above the valley cover on the lower manifold that is a prime candidate.
