Most all the good info is already here. I will say that you have the same cam that I had in my 346 (bored 5.3) with the D1sc and it worked good. If your gonna get a new converter built, give chris at circle D and tell him your combo is similar to mine except for weight obviously, he can use the converter he built for me to help spec yours. I would stay away from the single-disk converters but that is just my opinion.
Stick you a 4" pulley on D1sc and you can make good power and be very reliable while not having to worry about belt issues.

I had a p1sc procharger and switched to a turbo and wouldnt look back. procharger needs a big stall to be effective. The turbo is alot more fun and easier to tweak, prochargers are a bitch swapping belts.
