Default Help! Radix Problem

im not sure when it happened but it looks like my pulleys got messed up. as the belt goes over the supercharger and the passenger side it seems to run in the spot that it always did, but on the drivers side it is now running 1/4 inch or so different. ive changed belts, all pulleys, and even pulled off the idler spacer bracket to see if it came out of alignment. as you can see its pretty messed up and i cant see why!

any ideas?

you might try taking the stock spacer off that pulley and running a magnuson spacer machined down a bit

Check your balancer and make sure it is not walking off the crank or the rubber is not tearing.

it is, there is no spacer behind it. ill check that balancer tomorrow, so a spun crank bolt could do this too?

When my crank bolt backed out and the crank was walking it threw my belt out of alignment but, it was out equally on all pulleys. It's worth a look though. If you haven't pinned the crank you REALLY should do it.

I thought there was a funky looking stock spacer on there, maybe I don't remember right

Honestly I do not see anything out of the ordinary. Where do you see the issue? The belt will walk back and forth on the idlers under different loads, so un-even wear is common.
