Every part has a limit, the TBSS even ripped a water pump pulley off too.
agreed, hope the new pulleys stand up to your abuse

Its math. 90+10=100 => 100>90 If your adding bigger pulleys then the distance between them is smaller. Therefore your pinching the belt more between the pulleys wich equals more belt wrap around the snout. Sliding them up or down has nothing to do with the distance between them. that never changes EXCEPT with bigger pulleys.
You are right, I did the math and mocked it up on a display motor.....it got 1mm more worth of belt wrap....well worth the hundred bucks! If it REALLY provided a gain, don't you think I would tell you it did? I run a 2.8 pulley and the FACTORY PLASTIC IDLERS.

Unless you place an idler up closer to the blower drive pulley(see pic below), or get a 400MM idler pulley down in the stock location the gains are negligible at best. But hey, its your 100 bucks, spend it how you would like. I am only offering up what I have learned in my experiance and testing.

BTW I love big boobies I read all of your posts after the rant, I am not mad either.....just trying to save a few bucks for some people.
