If thats the driver side o2 its way too far away...you want it in the factory position if you can.

Can't help much without more pictures. Intake side, exhaust side, etc. And don't use photobucket. I do and I regret it. lol

Having one in the downpipe may work but it's not giving you a true bank 2 reading. As long as the ve table is pretty accurate then I would imagine e it would work fine

I keep trying to upload pics but I have to use my iPhone..don't have Internet at the house or id use tinypic. Would it be possible that I have my rear o2s in and not my fronts? Rears are deleted in tune so if I did have them swapped it wouldn't be throwing a code would it? I have the o2s with the square clip in, the ones that are not in are the triangle looking ones. It's a front mount

O2 sensors will not cause the truck to bog down and blow black smoke after 3000 rpms. I have seen O2 sensor tests command an AFR that would seem arbitrary, but always leaner. A rich mixture would be the one to blow black smoke. I would look elsewhere other than the sensors. And without pictures, much of this will be guesswork. Borrow a friend's computer or something to upload pictures if you can...

Ill upload some pics in a minute when I go to my buds to watch the ga game.. The wife has mobile hotspot or our laptops but she's out of town. I'm swapping gaskets and putting a little rtv around my down pipe where it meets the turbo. My v band was pitch black from where it had been leaking there. I called FIC and he thinks one of my injector coils went out so ill be taking my injectors off tomorrow and sending off Monday to be tested and cleaned regardless.
