You might want to drop down to a .83 turbine housing for a better spool. You could probably go all the way down to .68 (instant boost) if you don't have plans to seriously up the boost. That 70 is plenty big for the 6.0. Of course, you can also coat the exhaust.

I was going to go with a .83 turbine housing, but after researching I got worried that the EGTs would get high when towing.

This truck is a daily driver, and is used for towing. Nothing too heavy, never more than 3500lbs, for now. I may get a 24-27' offshore boat down the road, but not for a while.

Fuel mileage is a big concern with this truck, so I try to stay out of boost, and keep it out of PE. I currently have PE coming on at 95kpa and 30-45%TPS. Is it ok to boost at 14.7:1 afr? I figured no, so to be safe put it into PE.
I'm going switch to 2bar SD, and maybe go openloop, so I can lean it out at light load and save some fuel.

I'm currently getting 14-15mpg, not to bad, thats about all it got stock. But I was getting 16.25-17mpg last year at this time.

Gas is around a buck a litre here. It cost me around $80 a week to drive to work. So far i've been getting away with 87 octane, and no KR.

Nice work man! That's really a clean DIY job. Forgive me if you posted this already, but how much would you say you have into it in just parts?

I'm not sure, I think around $2500 CDN, I'll look at all my bills and find out for sure.
