I'm running a hybrid PCV/breather. I have an LS6 valley cover with a check valve that routes to the large vacuum port on top of the intake manifold. I have another line that runs from the passenger valve cover to a fitting just in front of the turbo, then I have a breather on the rear port of the driver's side manifold.

I have been running a catch can and a belt driven vacuum pump from a 6.5 turbo diesel. It completely cured all my smoking problems but it is noisy and doesn't like the high rpm's. Im gonna try taking it off and try an oil line restricter in the turbo feed line and catch can with a breather again and see what happens.
