Diesel. Just go diesel. Mileage for the most part won't change with adding a turbo unless you add a cam. When I removed the turbo from my lq9 my mpg stayed exactly the same. 10.5 mpg. It might have been different or better with a retune but I have not even drivin it since installing the retuned computer.

it sucks reading this especially since I just picked up a 03 2500 HD crew I guess I could sell the 6.0 4l80 out of it and we do have a couple 12 valve sitting around anybody ever do that swap into a nbs?

Just trade the truck in on a diesel. Much less work and head ache. . What happens if you have a problem on the road and no one will work on the Frankenstein.. ..

I don't go too far work for a towing company and have triple A as long as I am within 300 miles I'm I'll post office biuld thread soon so I don't keep messing up this thread
