Again, don't get me wrong - I absolutely love turbos - power comes on hard, keeps pulling (with amazing G-force that keeps you in your seat) - just love it for racing around or just plain racing. But, for daily driving, I'll take my blower.
I drive my truck daily and work out of it. It drives like a stock truck until I hit it. The 2800 stall is not big but it gets the job done. Will it spin the wheels from a stop? No. This is a good thing. I can floor it for a second and then pedal it to keep traction. WOT from 18 mph and up is a smoke show with 500 lbs in the bed. The 112 and 122 can't come close to the power my setup makes on low boost. The verdict is still out on the TVS maggies.

I run a front mount set up. I dont DD it not that i cant. Its just i cant keep my foot out of it to save my a$$. i got 4 tickets the first month i had it. i wouldnt ever take it on a road trip either. but it does make great power i ran a magna charged truck just like mine from a roll and took him by 3 car we both were runing 7 psi. the only difference was i had one more passanger. but no matter how you get the boost its fun.

This is an old subject. Most people will vote for what they already own. There is good and bad about both systems. After messing with these vehicles for years I went Turbo on my truck. At 7lbs it gained a consistant 175rwhp and almost 200ft/lbs of torque across the curve with full boost by 1800rpm.It didn't bog off the line and had full power 10' out but that was probly alot to due with the tuning.Around town 1/4 throttle will boost hard and the truck never saw 100% throttle.

After 1.5 years I pulled the kit off and my truck is a dog again. My next move is a stroker motor and make the power NA for long towing trips.
