that looks amazing Oleg, I'm really digging how you can't see any piping through the grill.

 

That's an over all size including the end tanks. The core on them is 24x12x3.

 

The intercooler is 28" from coupling to coupling. Here are a few better pics of it.

 

blue0453 - do you run into overheating issues by blocking your radiator with the IC. I am trying to figure out where I will be mounting mine on my GMC?

 

maybe if its 100 degrees and the truck is sitting still for a long period of time. But for the most part it does fine. I will say though this is the third setup Ive tried and I can say the boost does come in noticeably faster.

 

How many people have the 34" radiator and have their intercooler in the grille? I think I saw a few of you guys had that setup.

 

I do, its a tight fit for sure.

 

This is a really helpfull thread want to install my IC like blue0453 that looks reall good can any one tell me or post pictures of the plastic that has to be cut by the headlights to route the IC pipes? that would be really helpfull..
