I ordered the intercooler with a custom piping kit off ebay, I payed 230 bucks for it. Its a FMIC 31x11.5x3 cooler kit. Looks like its going to work out fairly well, just going to have to cut some of the plastic off the headlight bracket to get the tubing around were it needs to be.

Thanks for this thread I was considering different mounting techniques for my setup. Unfortunately i cant move the radiator any due to the girth of the 8.1 in my 1500

No need to move the radiator on a 03+. I have a 4" intercooler behind my grill with no problems

Did you relocated the transmission cooler?
