Default How much boost

How much boost will i be able to run on a fully forged 408 stroker with 9.7to1 compresion ratio and the stuff in my sig done to it.

from what i have read, the FAST intake starts to come apart at about 10psi unless epoxy'ed together

As niterunner stated you would need to fix the FAST first. Personally I would sell the FAST and throw on an LS6 intake, with FI you shouldn't see a difference.
whats the LSA on that 237/242, .603"/.609" cam?

Might as well order a cam for a blown application while you're ordering a new intake.

either a sts or a procharger aint made up my mind yet. what kind of hp might i have n/a

i know when i go to order that turbo or charger i will get a different cam then

The cam you have now is more suited to a procharger than a turbo. It has a lot of overlap either way.
