How much hp/tq will the stock crank, and rods hold?

What is 680hp and 780tq come out to, at the flywheel?

I've read that the LS2 rods with ARP bolts are good to 700 hp. Now what about the push rods, springs and timing chain? I plan on using as much factory GM parts as possible.
