Is the 6.0 an LQ9 or an LQ4? That will make a noticable difference in the 'how much boost' question.

What's the max boost you think with stock internals?

Depending on intercooler, meth and tune, 12-14 psi. The LQ9 is 10.1:1 CR vs 9.4:1 in the LQ4. The LQ9 will make more power, however, with at equal boost levels.
I ran 12 psi on my LQ9 but didn't have enough fuel system to support it, so backed down to 10.

Like everyone has already said, the trans wount last unless you drive like a grandma, STS is right about the stock cam IMO I had very good luck with the stock LQ4 block. With a good tune, 12-14 psi, fueling to support, meth, and cool air, they can make into the 600rwhp range. How long they last depends on how you drive, how close to the edge you are, and luck. lol
