Default hows streetable is an 88mm turbo

Just finished my lq9 ls3 top end build and already want more. I plan to go with a TMS 370 and was thing of doing an 88mm turbo build but dont know how streetable it is as a weekend vehicle or cruise it to work a couple times a week 30 mins away.

And is an on3 88mm worth it or just too junky?

I don't think turbos make things streetable or not. It's how you drive and the motor spinning the turbo. Look at foose, 7 hour road trip.

yea but he has a Merlin man in the motor haha his trucks pretty wicked!

Do you have a link? The one in looked at says gt45. But is a 70mm inlet.

Compressor Wheel 69mm

5” Inlet and 3” Compressor Outlet
Inducer- 69mm
Exducer- 98mm


Exhaust Side:

Exhaust Housing T-4 Flange
Exhaust Housing Outlet- 4" v-band
1.05 ar Exhaust Housing
4" V-band Outlet
Inducer- 88.1mm
Exducer- 77mm

I don't exactly daily drive my pt88mm 6.0 Camaro due to the fact I drive my truck more often, but

It gets 23mpgs highway, idles like butter and even with the 3600 converter seems nice driving around in town.

Street ability will be more dictated by the cam/converter/ and how well the SD tune is. Here is a few videos of my car
