Anything in the 60's sizes will get you there. and keeping the a/r down is a good thing for spool.
Since you are only feeding 1/2 the cubes per turbo you can run smaller everything. Looking at Turbo maps etc, keep that in mind.
Lighting's kits we just wrapped up were 67/65 T3 stuff from Precision. Rated at 700hp each turbo. Those guys will be in the 23-28psi range with their set ups.
I think the real good area not to over look in making this much power is the inter cooler system you will need.
Sounds like it is gonna be a fun build.

Twin precision billet 62/65's or 62/66's on a 370~408 would easily get you there or past. I've heard of 700HP ea out of those things.

i do have the large a/r gt 35's with a 1.08 a/r and spoolin isnt an issue what so ever, having awd helps the bottom end so much that the top end is where i wanted the most to even the ball park . with awd traction and plantig off the line is much different than a 2wd setup do having it setup right is key . one reason i couldnt get a decent 60ft in my trial shake downs was open g80 , 4.10's and crap tires with 22's. now after some planning i have a tru trac rear end with 3.73 and drag radials on all four . with cranking up the boost and some race gas i hope to near 140 mph i also qa1'ed all four corners to limit lift in the front to keep the front down and power planted on all four . i wish i could put in a 4wd x-case so u could at least warm up 2 tires enough for some guaranteed traction.
