I have seen a couple cranks spin at 8psi and yet I have seen some that haven't spun at 12psi so I think its luck of the draw. Mine has been pinned for years.

When towing with my mp90 my truck always kicked out of p.e. mode for some reason. I was towing about 3500 lbs down the freeway and if i would give it a little gas it would sit at 11.5 then after about 5 seconds it would shoot back up to 14.5 i'd have to let off the gas quick. under full throttle i never have the issue, its just if i'm at part throttle accelerating it pops out of p.e. mode. Cannot figure out what it is. luckily i have a air/fuel gauge or i'm sure my truck would have a new engine. And I watch the gauges like a hawk watches a mouse

I had the same issue. Do you have a fuel pressure gauge? I was going lean due to drop in fuel pressure while being under load/boost for a while.
Commanded was still in the 11-12 range but actual dropped into the 13-14 range.

No I do not have fuel pressure gauge. Sounds llike I may need to invest in one of those as well, My buddy who does the tuning may have an idea why its doing it. something with having the 42lbs in there. some sort of fine tuning? I now have an mp112 sidemount in and i'm seeing about 7lbs with a 3.3 due to stripped rotors. I have not driven it much yet. I need to get over there for a tune.

looks like after he bleeps the throttle it goes rich like it should...thats tuning right there...then it goes back to 14.5-14.7....mine does the same thing just like it's supposed to.

The problem is, i'm still under boost when it drops back to 14.5. I had to tow at 60mph on the freeway because if i tried giving it throttle to get up to 70 and hold it, during acceleration it would show say 4psi on my gauge at 11.5, then as i'm getting up to speed it would kick out of p.e. still under boost and i'd let off quickly. so for some reason under part throttle boost it wants to go back into non p.e. mode. I get a p0172 and p0175 system to rich code as well. so the computer is over riding the tune it seems like.

Is commander af changing? Or is it actual? My problem was that the pump could not keep up and pressure would drop and there went my AF.
I was still commanding the 11 but actual was increasing fast.

1slo: maybe your PE enable TPS percentage should be lowered.
