Congrats on a full 1 second gain. That thing must be real fun to cruise around in. That 6.2L has a considerable amount of potential and I think you're just scratching the surface. As far as I know you're the second NNBS Denali in here in the 13's (markislive78 being the first), the first AWD model in the 13's, and the quickest time. If you can get that trans issue fixed 12's shouldn't be far off at all and with no change in driveability.

I can't say enough good things about it. Mileage is still excellent, for a full size AWD truck and the extra power makes it feel almost like a different truck. Do It!!
I am going very slow on the tuning of the trans. I have read that they tested this thing behind a 1000HP Diesel with absolutely no issues but even GM has stated that the biggest problem tuners are going to face with it is the clutch setup. Shift too quick with too much pressure on the clutch to clutch setup and it no likey.
Pulley swap and headers will be upcoming but I want to wait until HPT releases the new custom OS for the replacement of the VVE to a standard VE setup and add the extra information for the Vortec cam. MagnaCharger has a darn good tuner that did the work on my truck for these kits and I am no-where near his level of competency yet.

Where did you read about them testing the trans on a badass diesel, I'd like to read the article if possible.
A few more pounds of boost and some more tuning and you'll probably drop another second off that time, almost 2.2 seconds here. 9psi is the

The "official" published information for it is:
Maximum engine power: 469 bhp ( 349 kW )
Maximum engine torque: 439 lb-ft ( 595 Nm )
Maximum gearbox torque: 664 lb-ft ( 900 Nm )
Maximum shift speed 6500 rpm
If that is all true then a stock Denali is already pusing the limits of the trans and it has a 100K warranty

469 hp @ 6400 rpm
Torque: lb-ft.
439 lb-ft@ 3900 rpm
here are the specs for the 6l90e trans
Maximum engine power:
452 bhp gas truck, Diesel: 300bhp-Truck
555 bhp - Passenger car
Maximum engine torque:
531 lb-ft gas truck, Diesel: 520 lb-ft Truck
550 lb-ft - Passenger car
these just happen to coincide with the new Cadillac CTS'V's 6.2 LSA supercharged
556 hp @ 6100 rpm
551 lb-ft @ 3800 rpm
the 6l80e/90e are some pretty strong transmissions.
