Default intake manifold question(boost)

well i have a 6.0 truck with a pt88 frontmounted turbo and was undecided if I should stay with the fast90mm intake or should I change it? I also have a pro-flow intake that i could use. my question is does the fast intake work better than the vic jr or proflow

So you have a Fast 90 and a Pro Flow? What are you undecided about, if you have both of those what other options are you looking for. Pick up a Vic. Jr and then you will have everything covered. ??

Not sure what you are looking for, if you are wondering what would be the best for your setup then you need to post up some details of what you have. Powertrain and drivetrain wise.

Maybe we could work out some kind of swap?
I'm going naturally aspirated.

Other than heat soak and weight there really isn't going to be much difference with forced induction.

I'd stick with the FAST if that's what you already have. I know Quik said his PT88 on his 4.8 felt stronger out of boost with the FAST than it did with the stock manifold. Once you get into boost, it's not gonna matter what intake you have on it, cuz your gonna kill that 4l60e and stock bottom end before you make any real power where what intake you have on will make any difference in your power numbers, . To be 100% truthful, use what ever intake you think looks the best, cuz there all gonna make about the same boosted power.

Like others have said. Don't worry about it. You've got way bigger limitations than intake. Upgrade on the weakest link first and work you way up. 4L60 is problem #1. Stock pistons are #2.
