Default Intercooler Nitrous Spraybar Questions

I have a 24x12x3 intercooler and want to install a nitrous intercooler spraybar kit. I need some help with what size spraybar I should use- do they work well- is anyone using one-any info I can get.

I have a NX EFI Kit and a NOS Purge valve with an extra NX bottle. I'm thinking of using the NX EFI on a pushbutton for a little extra if I need it (I'm coming for ya 1Slowz71 LOL) and the extra bottle and NOS purge for the spray bar and wiring on a boost pressure switch to come on a a certain boost level.

Here's the kicker- we are putting my intercooler in my hood scoop (sorta WRX style) but I'm using a pretty big ic. We're going to "box" and insulate the ic so heat soak won't be an issue and plan to angle the ic to be IN the scoop. I think it'll look badass when you look into the scoop and you see an intercooler, nitrous spray bar, maybe a solenoid if I can secure it and all. I just want it to be very functional so I can get the most benefit. I'll post a pic of the hood and the motor mock up as it is on the stand now. (BTW the forged crank came in today so now the fun begins )

Any and ALL suggestions and ideas welcome.

Thanks

I have scene many WRX's and Eclipses running them and they seem to work well.

And as mjhoward stated, that engine looks sick. What are the specs on it?????

heads are a secret right now- they have a couple different plans and won't tell me whats up yet
Turbonetics T61 (may go T81 or 88)- Racegate and Godzille BOV (thats a raptor in the pic- not my pipe)

Unfortunately I wont be ready to play for a while Colt. It seems the oil gremlins are not going to go away. The motor is coming back out in a few months but will be back with higher compression, bigger solid cam, bigger stall, more nitrous, and better intake. You definately have a killer build going. Will be fun when we finally do get to play

I'll take a rain check Cody.
I wouldn't worry about the oil consumption. Just keep it topped off. If your not having the city trying to hire you to drive around and spray for mosquitoes with your truck then wouldn't worry about it. Think of it as your rings getting extra lube. Some engines take a while to break it. It sounds normal to me. Unless it is another excuse to not have it running so you can keep talking **** and not have to ever back it up
I think your just scared of a new little mini-Hemi

Come on Mrk the motor has has over 2K miles on it the rings should have broke in a LONG time ago if this was the case. The oil consumption hasnt gotten better which owuld indicate the rings were seating but it is still burning a quart every 100 miles or so. Im not afraid in the least. There is always someone bigger better faster and has more money that you. He will probably beat me but I have an itch to try something different that was brought to my attention that allows me to reuse my crank and have 30 more cubes

Im headed to SA to meet up with Allen to get hte tune dialed in I will have track numbers Sunday night for the SOB even though the trans currently wont shift into 3rd WOT but it will give me a ballpark figure.
