I'm contemplating on going a different route. Taking the meth off and running an A2W. I have the same fears as you....if my meth takes a crap, it'll probably blow the fenders off of it.
Which intercooler where you running before?

I'm still running the 3-core procharger intercooler with welded tanks. I've got my D1sc maxed out, do think its restricting it? I can't get a straight answer from anyone at procharger.

I'm gonna try to build my own A2W with Garrett core(s). I made a post on ls1tech a while back about A2W's and got some good feed back. You might go check it out if your interested. Some posted links to good intercooler builders and also got some feedback on the cheap stuff.

Thanks, I'll check out LS1 tech and see what I can dig up. My guess is that the 3 core is probably slightly undersized for a maxed out D1SC, your probably losing 2-4lbs of boost, but I look at your 10.46 ET and I think otherwise. Check your IAT's first and if there in check your probably ok but if they're soaring it's not getting the job done.
I would like to try to run it without the meth (with adjusted tune of course) and see how bad the IAT's actually are, but I'm afraid I don't have the ***** too, even though I only run C-16 fuel. I know..I know.. I'm scared, people tell me all the time "your running C-16 and are afraid of high IAT's?". I just don't want to tear anything up just yet.
