Talking Just another 4.8 turbo truck. 2007 RCSB PIC HEAVY

I researched, scoured internet deals, and bought parts for over 6 months, and finally installed and cleaned up my turbo set up. I installed it in my driveway in mid August, with lovely blazing 105-110 degree days.

Details:
2007 SCSB Daily Driven
4.8 nearing 90,000 miles
4l60e
3.23 gears with the G80
KB Racing hot and cold side
Master Power T70 .96 a/r with blanket
50mm blow off
38mm wastegate
Bosch EV-14 80lb injectors
31x12x3 intercooler
Autometer Cobalt fuel pressure, boost/vacuum, and wideband
Blox vacuum distribution block
DEI heat wrap
Now running corn juice (E85) and tuned by Area47 on here.
6-7 psi for now

Future:
Flex fuel pump
Isky 212 or something similar
80e swap
bump it up to 15 or so psi for daily use
Clean it up a little more, tough to keep it presentable driving it every day
enjoy it

Awesome truck dude!

Only suggestion Ill make is to add a 90* elbow between the air filter and turbo.

Thanks!

I did buy a 90 degree silicone couple to turn it to the passenger fender, but like an idiot I didn't even consider inside diameter to outside diameter when ordering. I got both pieces in and the coupler and filter butted right up to one another. I don't know if I can stretch the coupler to fit around it, maybe a little heat? I'll see if I can make it work later.

Factory 4l60e, I put the Trango HD2 shift kit and 40k Trucool cooler on at around 60,000 miles, done by a local shop when I had the trans flushed. Even at this power level I'm either blowing through the stock converter, or it is slightly slipping. In the top of 2nd my rpms jump a couple hundred out of nowhere. I'm on the hunt for a junkyard 80e.
