The gasket at the throttle body did not look that great could that be it? All line at the back look good. Will get back on it first thing. Thanks to all for the help

Make sure you have the TB gasket in correctly......if it is on backwards it will leak.

Any possible air leak downstream of the MAF will cause erradic rpm fluctuations.

Found the leak. It is at the TB gasket. Now getting one. Should have known better than to use it look bad to start with. It had been bent.

Well got a new gasket coming. Did a scan on it and came up with two codes. PO405: EGR Position sensor circuilt, low voltage " Truck dose not have one and never did??? Not even a plug for in on this truck.
PO343: CMP signal constantly high " I put in a New sensor before putting on the Blower" any clues what to do. And if I do have to remove it any clues on getting it out with the Blower on.

cam sensor is an input only senor, like most of them, so the pcm is detecting something is wrong with it. Maybe a wire cut or pulled during installation.
This next tune will take care of the egr code, we used a new file.
