Default KB Racing Kit recieved

After doing a lot of research and reading on here i decided that this was the setup i was looking for. The kit is very well built and does not look too bad to install. I went with a BW s473 turbo and a 50mm wastegate and a 4" stainless down pipe. The kit will be going on a 2004 SS. If there are any tips or tricks to make the install go a little smoother advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Congrats! Kyle makes a great kit...I would think that reading through all old threads with install pics and taking your time should be all the tip you need ...due to the kit being designed so well...again TAKE YOUR TIME...

I'm anxious to see how your install goes man. I'm getting the same kit but, with a BW S465 and all stainless hot & cold side.

not really just a shift kit, and appearance mods. It is getting full exhaust and a fuel pump as well. in the 4l65 i am hoping that it will stay together for a month or two at 7lbs until i get an 80e in and turn it up a bit more

The kit is finally on and it fit very well. The truck is running on a base tune currently and going to baker engineering for a dyno tune tomorrow.

Nice man, got any pics of it installed? How long did it take you to put it all together?

I do not have any pics of the install right now, but i would bet that i have 12 to 15 hours for the turbo and parts as well as electric fans, fuel pump etc. the actual "hard parts" like the turbo and manifold were all on in a few hours but it is all the little things that take the time. Then i have 4 hours into the rest of the exhaust.
