Did you relocate the IAT and MAF sensor to the discharge side of the intercooler?

Can you do that? I was going to just install a seperate IAT sensor, but if i can relocate the whole thing i will. It wont effect the operation of the MAF by introducing it into a boost enviornment?

Alot of turbo and Centrifugal systems have the MAF on the discharge side. My Procharger is set up this way. That way the MAF gets a true reading of air temp and flow. If nothing else, then the IAT has to be relocated or you will not get a true indication of your air inlet temp, which would affect your fueling and tune. You wont reap all the benifits of the intecooler with the IAT on the inlet side.

i think the MAF is 4" right? So i would need two reducers (3" to 4") to put it in the discharge side of the system.

3 inch piping all the way. T-bolts are a must. Keep us posted on your setup.

You are correct it starts at 90 and drops to 85 during the pull. The outside temperatures were 55. Attached is a screen shot of a run in march when the outside temps were 60, the IATs initially were 108 and peaks to about 150 during the run. You can see the timing pulled by the PCM. What a difference. Note the 0-60 logged at 5.8 before the intercooler. Now Im curious about an air/water hmmm

Its hard to notice. About 1lb. Simple pulley change can get me back to original boost level.
