I am still debating on if I want to upgrade the MAF (either 100mm or new housing-less) or go SD. I am currently still using the stock MAF so that along with the stock tb pretty much negates the 4" CAI tubing I have. Sounds like even though you have a few more cubes than I have, our motors flow about the same so get that fuel system in check so I will know how much boost a 3.25" pully makes.

What do you have right now on your truck?
i have a 4 inch stock pulley and make 8 pnds. im hoping the 3.5 should give 10 or no more than 12. i have a stock bottom end.

Dropping the pulley size .5" should give you about 4lb increase.

It will be worth the wait. Pulley Boys got together with Innovators West to include their 8-rib crank pulley in the Pulley Boys kit, too. I know it will be cheaper as a package, too.

My truck is getting the finishing touches on the fuel system this weekend... then its time to start the 4L85E install

New fuel system has been installed... working out details now.

New peak boost from my 8-rib 3.25 pulley is 15 psi at a stupid rich 10 to 1 AFR. Once I lean that bit it may go a little higher.

3.25 pulley is good

Good to know! Once I get my tranny sorted out, I may jump straight from the 4" to the 3.25. Did you ever try the 3.25" pulley with the 6-rib setup? Just wondering how bad belt slip would be. Now with your 8-rib, is the IW crank pully 8" or the stock 7.5"?

How about some pics of the 8-rib setup!

I do have a 6 rib available here. I don't sell them... but I did have them make me a 3.25 6 rib for the prototype and I drove it around for a couple of weeks while I waited on the 8-Rib version. I could part with the 6-rib version.

I did not get to test slip because the fuel system was not ready yet at that point.

I do have the 8 inch IW crank pulley installed.

Pics will be available soon... the ones I took before were too big to post.
