How many #'s of boost are running with the 2.9 pulley? Are the runs done with meth too or just the chiller?

I saw 12psi this morning and yes I run it with the meth, but the meth just gives me octane and fuel, I never saw any additional cooling that I could document with the Meth but the Chiller make a difference.

Just drove home 45min drive the outside temp according to my mirror was 94deg my IAT was 92deg on the highway at 65mph then I got off the HWY and drove in stop and go traffic and the IAT was at 108deg, my A/C vent output temp showed 52deg very cold so I need to adjust the refridgerent leval a little to cool down my IAT a little more and accept a little warmer A/C vent temp.
The system still seems to hold a 25-30 deg drop at 95deg over what it did without the Killer Chiller.
I will work on optimizing the system and then do some Data logging and some dyno runs with the system on and off heat soaked.

I suppose you had to adjust your tune for the a/c compressor to stay running at WOT?

No, this Killer Chiller system cold soaks all the intercooler system coolant in the reservoir and lines and the brief time your at WOT doesn’t warm up the coolant much and the bigger (more volume) of reservoir you have the less the coolant will warm up.

Check out there videos: (http://killerchiller.com/video.htm)

Pics- these are the best I have now, I will post up more when I get all finished and it looking good.
pic of the coolant lines insulated going to the Supercharger

Side view

this is where the orfice tube used to be and now its the line from the Killer Chiller to the trucks A/C system.

This is it installed under the bumper in the lower opening.

This looking up at the unit installed under the bumper, the on the bottom or FWD are the coolant lines for the supercharger, the lines on top or AFT are the A/C system lines, the line not insulated is from the A/C condensor and has the orfice tube in it,

side view from under the truck.
