leaf blower s/c
My friend is making a leaf blower into a supercharger to put on his 5.2 dakota, would this even work or wouldnt just be like those "electric" superchargers, i think its kinda funny but what do u guys think.

it will make about 5 more HPat most... on a dyno. i saw a video of some ricers doing it for the hell of it on a dyno, and they actually gained a little.

A leaf blower is not really capable of compressing air, put your hand over the outlet and see if its srong enough to keep you from sealing it with your hand.
Then for kicks try the same thing on a supercharger outlet or a turbo outlet at full spool and see if you can keep it sealed with your hand.
It may be fun to watch though.

I have the mod and I made over 30 rwhp with it. So don't listen to what these guys say. JKN It is a waste of time. Tell him to do something eles with his time. But if he does go with it good luck
