What if increase your fuel pressure at the rail? What will 44's become? 48-50's

You need to read more. There are at least two threads going right now about this. haha

On a return fuel system it appears from my findings that 60's (Actually 72's) are pretty straight forward. Its on the returnless fuel systems that they are a Pain due to the 61-63psi Idle fuel pressure.

If you increase your fuel pressure, injector size rating will increase as follows:

New size rating=Rated injector size x Sq root(new Fuel Pressure/Rated Inject fuel Pressure).

If 58 is what we see now at WOT,it would take 68 to see a rating of 47.4.Can the stock rails handle 68 psi?

I run motron 60's in the suburban (540 at the wheels) and in the boosted vette (750ish at the wheels) (na one is on 42's) the suburban is just a boost a pump and the injectors, the vette is an entire fuel system with aftermarket rails etc. still runs at 60 psi though.

buddy of mine had a procharger on his 02 Z06 the provided 42's weren't enough and ran 60's as well.

Since you are running a return fuel system you should be able to turn the boost up more and not run over 100% too quickly. The fuel pressure in that system rises as boost rises. As long as you don't increase the efficiency of the engine (cam, heads, timing, etc) you should be fine for now up to 8-10psi or so. If you increase the engines flow with a cam or something you'll be out of injector in a hurry. I'd look into a set of the SVO 42's. The 60's are great, but the bigger you go the more challenge you'll have getting a perfect idle.

csgnetwork.com/fiflowcalc.html

Add some W's in front of that and you will get a web based flow calculator.
