what if i put a 255 in the tank to feed to the top of a surge tank and had a 255 inline pulling out of the bottom of the surge tank? do u think that would feed 700hp or so?
is their a general rule of how big the surge tank needs to be?
also i have a return fuel systems, do i need a fpr with all the added pumps?
sorry for all the questions
thanks, Nate

Bad thing about running staged pumps vs a big single and turning the 2nd pump on at xx psi of boost is,what happens if the 2nd pump doesnt come on?At the least youll be changing HG's on a maxed out setup....If you just have to run 2 pumps, run them both all the time.
If you use a Denso Supra TT pump with wiring upgrades,it will take you farther than the Bosch or Walbro aka pos engine killer.
Pump flow is just part of the equation. The correctly sized feed and return line make a big difference on fuel flow.
