I tried that and it didn't help. Maybe I need a new actuator

I say check the balancer. Hot bolt seems to be a good indicator. It needs pinned regardless.

Got it pinned and still the same. I sprayed sum belt conditioner and that help a lil bit. Is it possible my tensioner is slipping

I dont know the details on this build so I will guess. Since the balancer is pinned then the belt is probably slipping. If he went with a smaller pulley on the nose, did he get a shorter belt to corrospond to that smaller pulley? What is the blet length? Stock balancer? Nose pulley size?
