Ok i got the 1 thing at a time im all over that. Im still getting the meth kit and saving for the intercooler. Going ahead and getting the 80E might as well not waste the time with the 65 or 60. My truck has the shifter on the floor for 4wd is the going to make things with wiring for the tranny and t-case any more work?

I wish mine was floor shift you are one step ahead of the game. You might need the linkage from a 4L80E truck because the T case is going to move back. Once you instal the larger 80E input hub in the Tcase, and get the 4L80E adapter it should mate up as long as your 80E is a 4wd version. Mine was a 2wd 80E so I had to swap the shaft. Your front driveline will have to be re made, and the rear shortend. Wiring shouldn't be an issue, mine reached and I have the POS autotrack.

I think im going to try and get the 80E t-case and go ahead and fab up a mount for it so it doesnt hang there i think all in all it willbe less work to just get a t-case then change the shafts and break the case for the 60E t-case even though it doesnt seem that hard in the long run it might be cheaper and less work to get the 80E t-case hooked up. Let me know what you guys think.

Seems all you need is the part they are talking about.. $478 seems like alot when all you need is the $100 part?

Plus the out put shaft is smaller and not to mention the 4l80e will have to be riped down to to nothing to replace the output shaft. Not that it's hard or anything, but I'd rather replace the input shaft to the t-case with a larger one than rip the trans down and install a smaller output shaft.
I've done both if that helps....

You are going the right direction with the 80E. 10# wont get you to 600 rwhp on a stock 6.0 but it will get you real close to 500 if not a little over. If all you are wanting to run for right now is 7-10# then go with the 255 in tank and a set of 60# injectors. My 44's were at 108% at 8# so dont waste your money on those. Meth is a good thing and can help you get to your goal just dont use it for a band aid because you didnt do what you should have in the first place. Stick the nitrous kit in the closet and save it for a rainy day. I have been contemplating throwing it on mine just for track use to get it to leave the line better cause my 60's suck.
Not only do you need to do one thing at a time then after you get used to it or feel the need for more add more mods. But you also need to decide how crazy you are willing to get with something you are using as a daily driver. It takes alot of power to get an ecsb into the range you are wanting to get to and things like gas mileage, I get 11-12, and parts breaking cause you are pushing stock stuff to its limits come into play.
If you take it one step at a time and aske questions along the way it should go pretty smooth but expect hiccups and a learning curve with it.
