Ok, factory quick connects have a 3/8" line and a 5/16" line. The quick connects on the fuel press block had 3/8" male fittings on both. We had to temporarily rig the return but had to guess at which one the pressure was supposed to go on. Follow me?

This is my 3rd Radix install but first with the return fuel system.

then someone messed with the fuel rail adapter (fuel block). I have one sitting right in front of me, and they are 3/8 and 5/16 on the adapter. If you need a new adapter let me know.

He had to get all the 03 model stuff from Maggie since the kit was off a 06. The adapter block is new. It had a wrong fitting in it from Maggie is my understanding.

Is the inboard (supercharger side) the larger or smaller fitting?

I just thought of something, The fuel pressure regulator block came with 3/8" quick connects for both the supply and return. Well, the return is 5/16". So temporarily we had to rig a hose using part of the factory rail until he can get a 5/16" quick connect fitting from magnasun. We did our best guess to which side was the supply and return...Those could be swapped but the pressure responds to boost and vacume as it should since it is referenced off the intake. Can someone varify which side is the pressure and return?
I had that same deal when I got mine, but both of those fittings were missing. When I went to hook up the fuel it was like whoops I had to order from Meggie. I remember looking through the install book and finding some pictures of the block to determine which was which. If I was home I would run out and let you know for sure. As much time as I spent figuring it out I should remember! Sorry I'm not much help... hopefully someone will let you know if the 3/8 fitting is on top or bottom..........

The 3/8 (feed) is on the outside of the rail adapter and the 5/16 (return) is on the inside.

I "think" that is the way we have it hooked up. I'll have him check into it and the o-ring.

And the low boost may be the dirty *** cone filter off the old K&N kit he is using. Didn't think about that till now.
