I expected a response like this

under WOT or near WOT I agree, however, I find myself at partial boost and something less than WOT far more often then the condition you described above.

for a daily that will see stop and go everyday and needs reliability Id go with a magna hands down

I'd like to see the same comparison on a LS2 6.0 with it's better breathing heads.That would give a better idea of the potential of both superchargers.My guess is that the 122H will be targeted at Vette owners first.

As I said early in this post, you really can't outright compare 10psi of boost between the two unless EVERYTHING is identical. That means the better designed Radix J tube will skew the results when compared to the whipples crappy 90* bend inlet.

With the better intake, the Radix isn't fighting a restriction and will make more psi with out overspinning the blower (less heat). The whipple will have to spin more rpms to compensate for the crappy intake to produce 10psi, therefore generating more heat.

Which blower has less parasitic loss?

Nice graphs... I called three weeks ago and was told it might be ready for delivery by December or later. Is the 122 a bolt on replacement for the 112?

What I heard was,that the housing and rotors were about an inch longer than the m112 and everything else was the same.It would move the J-tube an inch closer to the firewall.

The ONLY thing changed was the compressor during this test. direct inlet's eliminated the change in restrictions between 2 different types of "j-tubes"
