More like a gift from the divine. I love superchargers as much as the next guy but I have no doubt that when it comes to making all out power that the turbo can't be beat. All but very top cars in NMRA run turbos and that's only because of the rules on compressor sizes and engine displacement that work against them. The belt loss alone is what will keep superchargers behind...talking hundreds of hp in the upper ranks. Not to say turbos don't have their own losses, can be catastrophic in some cases, but can be greatly reduced with careful exhaust work and cam selection. Give Parish here a 3.0L 122H version and a blank check and I don't think he could get the same power as he's already made. Look at what Joe's done with his Ford GT sans blower...

About the only way I can see the 122 topping a turbo in performance is if you require them to race from a dead idle. The 122 is going to be outstanding where the 112 was lacking. The 112 is a killer system as far as ease of install and how well it works with a stock truck. Where it has a downfall is heat when it's turned up. The 122 should be able to move a big volume of air in comparison without heat being as much of an issue.
