I think the 2300 is going to be worth it. If you run a Magnacharger I'd recomend shooting for 8psi and keep your compression around 10:1. The 122 front inlet is expensive and alot of conversion. It is a pretty bad *** setup and until the 2300 comes out it is about the best you can get from Magnacharger. I have seen some of the dyno numbers from the 122's posted up here, but waiting to see some wow type track numbers to back them up. The 122 with 10:1 compression on a 408 at 8psi should be very torquey, very driveable and should be quicker on pump gas than a NA setup on pump gas.

Racing Engine Design in Fort Collins CO is finishing my engine up this week. It is a forged 408 with the TVS 1900. We should have video and dyno numbers by friday if the harness arrives. We are shooting for around 700 hp/tq. I will post all the specifics when we get it on the dyno. If you can wait a week, I will get you all the info you need. Fish

It'll be interesting to see what it makes on the dyno. I'll be more interested to see if the track times match what you'd expect from the dyno numbers. What pulley setup are you going to use?

We currently have both the 3.2" and the 2.8". Both will be dyno'ed just to compare and give everyone as much info as possible. This is old style, rear inlet model for the LS2 heads. We have ported the heads substantially to get close the the L92 heads so we will see how things work. It will be awhile before we get to the track, probably next spring at Bandimere. The engine is going in an 03 Denali, one heavy truck so probably no great times.

Heavy trucks on here are common. It's easy to see between good and bad on this site.

I know the Radix Blower is not optimal for a 408ci, but I would think due to the massive down low tq it would be a good tow package. The #'s would probably be 500whp/600wtq if you ask me.
