500whp range that is my goal and dream for my DD avalanche.for now. my budget is as much as the parts are going to cost me since i plan on buying them over winter more than likely not all at once.. and i plan to do all of it, or as much of it that im capable of doing.

Leave it to Dustin to turn a supercharger thread into a three ring circus.

PanCaKeS279, keep up the research.. Remember, do what YOU think will be best for your particular goals and application.

I have had the same experiences as most with turbos and superchargers. In almost EVERY instance the turbo ended up costing me more to piece together that I originally budgeted.

If you do opt for the turbo route we can help you with that purchase as well.

Well if your peak hp goal doesnt change then just about any FI kit will work, just need to look at which kit fits your needs better. One thing on a turbo kit, it might be easier to piece together to match your budget.

im not to worried about budget, since like i said, i plan to just save up and buy the parts over winter, maybe into summer as well, since im not in any rush. once i have what i need, then ill drop it all in at once.

but im open to looking into a more feesable way of obtaining power is there a recommended brands of turbo suppliers? just so i have an idea of where to start looking so i can find more info on them.

It's all about your goals. Top end HP or off idle torque.

Do you want a torque curve (turbo)
OR
Do you want a torque table (Roots/Twin Screw SC)

6.0/M112-9psi/GT2-3 cam/60E/2600 converter/24X10" rims
