you need a new fuel manifold. they are about 65 bucks.
New Fuel pump about 210.00
how are you programming the PCM?

Did you take the fuel pressure regulator out of the rail?

82. The following steps are for 2003 vehicles
only, 2004-on skip to step 94. Remove the
stock fuel pressure regulator from the fuel rail
by disconnecting the vacuum hose, pulling off
the spring clip and pulling the regulator out. Be
careful not to lose any of the small O-rings on the
regulator.

No I got a GSXR 1000 to cruise around.Yes I took off what you mentioned,but didnt install it cause there was on in its place already.If Magnacharger has everything I need?Im only bout 1.5 hours north of them.They are in Ventura and Im in San Luis Obispo.Hell I could prolly just tow the truck to them?

We do not do installs.....however I would be more than happy to have the parts on will call for you on monday morning. Shoot me an e-mail with your information including phone number and I will make it happen.

And the PCM is getting done by a guy 45 minutes north of me.I guess hes worked for GM and Ford.You can see his website at www.airfuelratio.com I was going to do Blackbear.But this guy is local and convenient if any issues arise.

I would suggest a hand held tuner from us..........

Email is on its way.Yeah I wouldnt mind having both for a comparison PCM wise.Nelson also has a pretty sweet AFR set up I wouldnt mind getting...actually its the pPXR or whatever on his website.

Well.. looks like Im at a stand still until next week.Unless someone see's something I can take care of in the time being?Thanks for the help everyone! And Blownchevy.. thanks,Id definitely be throwing tools lol

My truck is an 03' too and it is a flex fuel engine. Is your truck a flex fuel...if so you will not need the Magnuson fuel pump and it will operate on lower fuel press. than a stock(non FF) engine. Also the fuel regulator will look different than the one shown in the install manual. I think these were the only concerns/questions I had at the time of my install. Not trying to confuse you but just want to be thorough.
