Magnavolt or BAP in on NNBS?

I have a gauge for that

By wiring issue I mean the stock wires being too small and there being excessive voltage drop at the pump. With the stock pump its not such a big deal, but with bigger pumps that draw more current the wiring should really be upgraded to at least 12ga, preferably 10ga.

Well, going by what Ive been reading on most of the Camaro forums, because they are installing the KB BAP's all day long, it should give me what I need concerning fuel. I would assume that the NNBS trucks and Camaros run the same, or same type, of fuel pump with both of them being varible voltage and both have a FPCM to control it. I really dont want or need anymore HP out of my truck for longevity reasons, and the fact that it already blows the tires at 60+mph. I just want it to be safe at the HP its at now. Plus, I really dont feel like having to tune the varible voltage out of the truck and start hacking up the bucket on a almost new vehicle to install a Walbro or something similar. I just want a little more out of what the pump has now. Going by what the Camaros are doing with the BAP's, it should be plenty to keep me rich with my current power.
Anyways, I think I found how to do it now. It was my understanding that the BAP "tee'd" into the wire that controled the voltage to the pump. I was very incorrect. That wire from the FPCM gets hooked into the BAP, then the wire coming out of the BAP goes back to control the pump. The only info I need now is which wire controls the pump coming out of the FPCM. And that should be an easy find with a wiring diagram or info from "62nalide", who I PM'd yesterday. He said the shop doing his install got the BAP hooked up already and he would find out which wire they spliced into to do the install. I'll be ordering a BAP most prob today.

I am interested to see how this turns out. I will be adding a front mount to my tahoe very soon and planned on running the stock flex-fuel pump and maybe adding a BAP if a little more fuel is needed.

when I ran the procharger on my AWD 6.2. Truck was an 08' I was running from a 12.0 AF to 13.0 AF from 5500-6500 cause my pump was loosing pressure. Truck made 501/478 AWHP. My plan was to try the flex fuel truck pump out of a 09+ truck. I never did try it before I removed the kit. But pending on your hp area. It could be a clean alternative to BAP options
