Mandrel bent tubing...where are you getting it??

SPD is where I buy all my stuff. I never had an issue with 16 gauge, especially if you route pipes the right way and design the manifold the way it should be. The issue that people have with cracking is because you make the tubes too short. When you have a short tube, you give no room for stainless to move around. The shorter, the harder it will be on the piping. Also look at where the turbo is in relationship to the center of gravity on the manifold. Think about how you hold a bowling ball. Is it easier to hold it out in front of you with arms extened, or your arms resting under it?
