i shattered mine into pieces @ 530 AWHP. it was in first gear from a very slow roll, I ended up having to walk out into the intersection and pick up ring gears and other parts of the t case. it was pretty bad. Livernois had the same problem at about the same hp. I am at the point where i have gone through 3 6L80s and 1 transfer case in about a year so i am looking into a 4L80 with no t case or the selectable one. Unless someone wants to trade me my set up for a duramax/allison haha

im putting 750 to the wheels through my t case with no problems this is my original case with over 145k on it i would say the trick is to nor kill it making rough shifts but since i break the tires free on shifts all the time i wouldnt worry too much

I'm not sure about the AWD t-case, but the manual shif ones can take some massive horses, seen Diesels making enough torque to ring a built Allison Tranny to bits and pieces, but the stock t-case takes it like a champ
