Methanol kit and going 10psi SC 6.2l
ok sold my bike now its time for ID850 injectors and while im at it why not go 10psi and a meth kit.
should I choose a Alky Kit? do I need a kit with a controller like that? Its a daily driver. what size tank should I do. My brothers a welder and could make me a aluminum tank to fit in the 2nd battery spot. that tank can also have mounts for my catch can and reservoir for the intercooler. should I get a ACGMT9807 alky kit?

Here is the OEM washer tank with meth fitting in stock washer pump location and the pump moved up to the SUV rear window washer pump location. I had to drill a hole for it.
Here is a stainless steel bracket I made to mount the Alky pump on the outside of the frame between the plastic inner fender and the front body mount on the drivers side. The inlet of the pump should be lower than the tank so it's gravity fed.
Here is the pump mounted to the frame.
I gutted the Alky control gain controller and used a new **** for the gain and a tow/ haul mode switch for the test button and installed it in my dash. I recessed the led's from behind and chamfered the plastic of the dash.
I also traced the MAF sensor wires back to the computer and wired the MAF frequency/voltage converter there instead of it at the MAF so no one notices it. Instead of using the braided line for the meth i ran hard steel line and double flare fittings, i used the clips from GM ABS wheel sensors to mount the steel lines to the frame. The wiring for the pump and PAC controller I ran up the drivers side fender in wire loom and got the same clips used for the hood release cable from the dealer. They were $11 each and I got 4 of them but to me it was worth it, no one ever locate my install. I pretty much revamped the entire kit.
