This weekend im mounting mine up, with the same size intercooler too in my 02. I took the radiator and condenser out and I am prob gonna end up moving them back only a couple inches. My plan was mount the intercooler then worry about mounting the other two

I'm gonna try to put mine where the ac condenser used to be, behind the a-frame.

I think the general rule of thumb is to keep everything packed together with no/minimal gaps for best airflow through fins, and not around... which atomic has dialed with the a-frame cut to get everything on top of each other. I'll just deal with that gap in the a-frame, I don't want to cut mine either...

Cut the bastard. I use my intercooler to hold the hood down basically.

99-02 chevy
3" fits just need a different core.
4" fits with only minor amount of trimming.
