do you have any intel on who makes them? I have been looking around, and all I can find is www.force-efi.com. They make some serious stuff, but a little bit pricey. I haven't found anything else yet...

I'm pretty sure the LT1 uses the Gen 1 style vortec intake bolt pattern. Magnuson makes a manifold for the vortec head. It'll bolt right up, but you might have to plug the distributor hole with something. Also thier lower mani might have water passages in it, which you won't use since the LT1 is reverse cooled. I don't know if the manifold will work with a TVS blower, but it should work with the 122.
Oh yeah, be prepared to cut up your cowl.

You shouldn't need to plug them. IF...there's water passages in the lower manifold, there just won't be water going through them. I strongly suggest you call BlownChevy if you haven't on this. He or one of his co-workers could answer all your questions.

I contacted Magnacharger yesterday and spoke with Brian...he said that about 4 years ago, they tried to get a system to work on an LT1 and couldn't make it happen. Couldn't really tell me why it didn't work, just said that nothing would go right for them, so they scrapped the project. I guess if the designers couldn't do it, that means me trying would probably be in vain. I am sure that it could work, somehow someway, but I am a little less inclined to try it now. And in reality, I can get a good set of SBC heads and a 6-71 Weiand for the same price as the Gen IE kit.
