Tell me about it, I had 4 passes down the track on my truck.
Less than 10 miles on an Avlananche we did, not to mention a couple tahoes, silverados, one sierra, and nnbs 408 silv, there are others, lol.

my friend and i put a turbonetics turbo on his 06GTO. ( i forgot what size, i think it was somewhere near a 70mm)anyway, we took it to the dyno to get it a little tune so we could break in the motor and turbo and BOOM! turbo housing was cracked cuz the blades hit it and sheared off all the blades off of both sides of the turbo and apparently the turbo overheated as well. luckily the intercooler piping and up pipe didnt let the blades go in the motor. we tried to get our money back from them and they said because we did allow for break in time we couldnt get our money back. i dont know how we were supposed to get break in time when we didnt have it tuned to drive yet. i mean we let it idle for about a half hour the day before and we drove it without boosting for about 20-30 miles. mostly city streets. we made sure all fluids were level and oil was getting to the turbo. idk, i dont like turbonetics customer service either. ever since then i have been a fan of Garrett. i have a Garrett on my truck now and have had Zero problems with it. plus, i have heard good things about mp

I don't have many miles on my Precision 78mm but I really like it so far. Spool time is great even on my low compression small cubed motor

I recomend the Water cooled BB if going with the Turbonetics. I blew up two turbonetics std TC units in one week, both turbos were new. They warrantyd the T66, but hosed me on the 76(had it a year before running it) I ended up buying a water cooled BB Turbonetics TC76 and have been running it hard for over a year and a half now with no problems. I just bought a Turbonetics T78 also Wc/BB.

I just received my Turbonetics HP-72 bb unit which was delayed for 3 weeks due to a manufacturing problem with the compressor wheel. I wonder what the problem was?
